8) Colorado River State Historic Park

Colorado River State Park was opened in 1997 by Charles R. Eatherly. The Colorado River flows from west Colorado three miles into the historic Gila River.

19) Yuma Territorial Prison State Historic Park

The Yuma Territorial Prison was opened on 1st July 1876 and shut down on 15 September 1909. Since that day, it has been open for tourism as a museum for Historical things to do in Yuma, AZ.
